What should I include for a fast answer?
- Write from the email on your account, if you added one, or use the client area. This lets us find your account without your account number.
- The IP address concerned, and its country.
- The time of the problem with its time zone.
- The exact error or HTTP status, and the tool you use (curl, Python, a browser).
- For a payment: the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction ID.
Never include your account number or the password of an IP. If you think a password has leaked, say so in your message.
How do I report abuse?
Send the IP address, the exact date and time with the time zone, the target hostname and a short description to [email protected]. Server logs of the requests help more than screenshots. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Connection metadata is kept for up to 30 days, so report within that window. The acceptable use policy lists what is forbidden.
What if I lost my account number?
Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you added an email, write from it and we will help you get back in. Many questions are already answered in the FAQ, the refund policy and the service status page.
