Quick answer
What are ISP proxies and where can I buy them with crypto?
SteadyProxy ISP proxies (static residential proxies) are IPv4 addresses registered to consumer internet providers, hosted in datacenters and kept fixed for 30 days. One IP costs $2.24, or $1.34/IP · 30 days at 100 IPs, as of October 2026. Pages cover 10 countries and 18 cities; payment is in crypto with no KYC.
| Address type | IPv4 registered to a consumer ISP (check the ASN after delivery) |
|---|---|
| Hosting | ISP (static residential) IPs are registered to consumer internet service providers but run on servers in datacenters, not on home devices |
| Stability | Same IP for 30 days; no rotation |
| Allocation | Each static IP is rented to one customer for the whole 30-day period; reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed |
| Protocols | HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5 |
| Authentication | Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs) |
| Choice of city or ISP | A city can be chosen only when the checkout lists it; otherwise the IP is allocated in the country you pick |
| Price | $2.24 (1 IP) to $133.88 (100 IPs) per 30 days |
Each page shows the country's broadband market (official regulator figures), its internet exchanges and local uses. Availability varies by country; the checkout shows what is online.

They are residential by registration, not by location. The IP block belongs to a consumer internet provider, so WHOIS and most IP databases show that provider's name and ASN. The server that answers on the IP sits in a datacenter, with datacenter power and bandwidth. ISP (static residential) IPs are registered to consumer internet service providers but run on servers in datacenters, not on home devices. Most sellers of "static residential proxies" sell the same thing; this guide shows how to read the registration yourself.
Some websites and services treat hosting-network addresses with more suspicion than consumer-ISP addresses. An ISP proxy keeps the stability of a datacenter server with the registration of a broadband network. It costs more: $20.86 for 10 ISP IPs against $12.69 for 10 datacenter IPs. For an API or a firewall that only checks that your IP is on its allowlist, a datacenter IP is usually enough.
Sellers use both words for an IP that only one customer uses during the rental. Each static IP is rented to one customer for the whole 30-day period; reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed. A shared ISP proxy, sold by some providers at a lower price, is used by several customers at once (up to 3 at Oxylabs on 19 October 2026), so its history is not only yours. Compare shared offers only with shared ones: the price index keeps them apart.
Send a request through the proxy to an IP-lookup service such as https://ipinfo.io/json, then note the IP, the organisation, the ASN and the city. Repeat a few hours later: a static proxy returns the same IP. Compare the city with a second database, because geolocation databases can disagree. Step-by-step test.
Several IPs in one order can share the same /24 subnet; subnet diversity is not guaranteed. If you need IPs from different networks, order them in more than one country or ask support what is online before buying. Renewal is manual, from your balance, before the end date. Keeping the same IP after the end date is not guaranteed, so renew on time and check your IP list after renewing. Subnet diversity explained.

A specific ISP or ASN can be ordered only when the checkout lists it; check the registered network of each IP after delivery. Each country page names the largest fixed broadband providers from official regulator data so you know the market, but that list is not our stock. After delivery, look up the ASN of your IP to see the registered network.
Most IP databases classify an address from its registration, so an ISP-registered IP is usually labelled as an ISP or broadband address. Some databases also look at hosting signals and may label it differently. No seller can guarantee how a given website scores an IP, and SteadyProxy does not.
Yes, that is the main use: one stable IP per business account you own or manage for a client, for 30 days, renewed before the end date. Do not use proxies to create or run accounts against a platform's rules; the acceptable use policy applies.
Yes. HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. Each IP comes with its own host, port, username and password; you can also allowlist up to 10 of your own IPs instead of using a password. SOCKS5 setup guide.
Billed per IP and per 30 days, not per GB; fair use applies. You do not buy gigabytes: the price covers one IP for 30 days. Continuous, very heavy transfers that degrade the network can be limited under fair use.
A block by a specific website is not a fault of the IP, and no provider can promise access to a given site. If the IP itself does not work, If an IP does not work, write to support: we repair it or replace it with another IP in the same country when stock allows. Within 24 hours of delivery, an IP we cannot fix or replace is credited back in full.
Yes, the United States is one of the 10 countries in the checkout, at the same prices. Availability varies by country; the checkout shows what is online. The United States page gives the basics.
