Is SteadyProxy working right now?
This page lists every incident that affects SteadyProxy static IPs, delivery, crypto top-ups or the client area, with its start time, effect and resolution. Incidents are also recorded in the changelog. We publish no uptime percentage. If your IP fails and nothing is listed here, write to [email protected]: Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.

What does this page report?
It reports incidents that affect many customers at once:
- IPs or a country that stop accepting connections.
- Delays in delivering new orders.
- Top-ups that are not credited after their confirmations.
- The client area or the dashboard being unreachable.
Each entry gives the component, the start time in UTC, what customers saw and when it ended. We do not publish an uptime percentage or a speed figure, because we do not show numbers we cannot back with a measurement.
Is it my IP, the target website or the service?
Test the IP against a neutral address before you report. Request https://api.ipify.org through the proxy, using the host, port, username and password shown for that IP in your dashboard:
- If the test fails, the problem is the IP or your settings. Check the credentials and the protocol, then write to support.
- If the test works but one website refuses you, that website is blocking the IP. This is not a service fault.
- If the target is a bank, a government service, a payment portal or a ticketing site, it is blocked on purpose: Banking, government, payment-portal and ticketing sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587.

Email [email protected] with the IP address, the time of the failure with its time zone, the exact error and the tool you use. Never send your account number or the password of an IP. If an IP does not work within 24 hours of delivery and we cannot fix or replace it, it is credited back to your balance: see the refund policy. To report abuse from one of our IPs, write to [email protected].
