Quick answer

What is SteadyProxy's refund policy?

At SteadyProxy, a static IP that does not work within 24 hours of delivery, and that we cannot fix or replace, is credited back to your balance in full. So is an order we cannot deliver within 24 hours. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the $25 minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Updated 19 October 2026.

What is the exact rule?

Static IPs: within 24 hours of delivery, an IP that does not work and that we cannot fix or replace is credited back to your balance in full. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Credits go to your balance and pay for any of our plans. The rest of this page gives examples, the cases that are not covered and how to ask.

Which cases are covered?

CaseConditionWhat you get
An IP does not workReported within 24 hours of delivery, and we cannot fix or replace itThe full price of that IP back to your balance
An order is not deliveredYour IPs do not appear in your dashboard within 24 hours of the orderThe full price of the order back to your balance
Part of a top-up added only to reach the $25 minimumAsked within 30 days of the payment, and not spentThat part paid back in USDT or USDC
An IP stops working later in the rentalReported to supportIf an IP does not work, write to support: we repair it or replace it with another IP in the same country when stock allows

What do these rules look like in practice?

  • An IP fails on day one. You rent 10 ISP IPs for $20.86. Two hours after delivery, one IP refuses every connection. You write to support. If we cannot fix it or swap it for another IP in the same country, the price of that one IP goes back to your balance.
  • An order is not delivered. You order 5 IPs in a country, and they are still not in your dashboard 24 hours later. The full price of the order goes back to your balance.
  • A small plan and the minimum top-up. You rent one ISP IP at $2.24, so the top-up is $25. The difference between the two is the part added only to reach the minimum. If you have not spent it, you can ask for it within 30 days of the payment, and we pay it back in USDT or USDC.
  • A plan at or above the minimum. You rent 25 ISP IPs at $50.46: the top-up is that exact price, so nothing was added to reach the minimum.

How do I ask for a credit or a refund?

  1. Write to support

Email [email protected] from the email on your account, or use the client area. Never send your account number or the password of an IP.

  2. Describe the case

Give the IP address or the order, what fails, the time with its time zone, and the error you see. For a top-up refund, give the transaction ID and the USDT or USDC address and network where you want the payment.

  3. Let us check

Support tests the IP or the order and then repairs it, replaces it or credits it under the rules above. Email replies within 12 hours, 7 days a week.

What is not refunded?

  • The rest of the balance. Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
  • A website that refuses the IP. An IP that connects and works, but that one target blocks or asks to verify, is working as a network address.
  • Location differences. A geolocation database that places the IP in another city, or a country, city or ISP that was not in stock at checkout.
  • A lost IP after the end date. Renewal is manual, from your balance, before the end date. Keeping the same IP after the end date is not guaranteed, so renew on time and check your IP list after renewing.
  • Blocked targets. Banking, government, payment-portal and ticketing sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked on purpose.
  • Abuse. Rentals used in breach of the acceptable use policy. When an account is terminated for abuse, its balance is not refunded.
  • Network fees of your crypto transaction.

Can a crypto payment be reversed?

No. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed by the sender or by us. That is why credits go to your balance, where they pay for any of our plans. If you sent a payment on the wrong network or for the wrong amount, contact support with the transaction ID: we will check what can be done, without promising a result.
