What is an ISP proxy, really?

An ISP proxy is an IPv4 address registered to a consumer internet provider, hosted on a server in a datacenter. Its ASN and WHOIS name a broadband ISP, but the machine is not in a home. Almost every "static residential" product on the market works this way, ours included. ISP (static residential) IPs are registered to consumer internet service providers but run on servers in datacenters, not on home devices.

The IP runs on datacenter hardware, while registry lookups show a consumer ISP. Our guide what is an ISP proxy shows how to check the ASN of any IP you rent.

How did we rank these ISP proxy providers?

We used the same six criteria for every provider. They are the public price per IP at 1, 10, 50 and 100 IPs, the billing term and dedicated or shared IPs. The others are crypto payment, KYC wording and the date of the check. We read official pricing and help pages on 19 October 2026; some policy details date from 14 October. We bought nothing and ran no speed, uptime or success-rate test. The order after SteadyProxy follows the 10-IP price per IP, because 10 IPs is a common first order.

Is a monthly ISP proxy price the same as a 30-day price?

No. MarsProxies, IPRoyal and SteadyProxy state 30 days. Bright Data bills per calendar month, which lasts 28 to 31 days. Most others say "month" without a day count. Over a year, 30-day rentals mean about 12.2 renewals instead of 12. Compare totals for the same period before you choose.

Should you buy dedicated or shared ISP proxies?

Buy dedicated IPs when one account or one allowlist must stay tied to one IP that nobody else uses. Shared IPs cost less: Bright Data charges $1.80 per shared IP and $3.50 per dedicated IP at 10 IPs. Oxylabs shares each IP with up to 3 users. "Dedicated" is not the same as "private": the IP is yours alone during the rental, but it may have been used by someone else before. SteadyProxy sells dedicated IPs only. Each static IP is rented to one customer for the whole 30-day period; reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed.

Which ISP proxy providers accept crypto without KYC?

ProxyEmpire and GhostConnect state both crypto payment and no KYC for normal orders, checked 19 October 2026. SteadyProxy does too: pay in BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC, with no ID, no selfie and no documents. IPRoyal and Decodo accept crypto but describe KYC processes. Webshare, Bright Data, Oxylabs and Rayobyte list no crypto. The full picture is in the no-KYC and crypto matrix.

Rent a dedicated ISP IP for 30 days

From $2.24 per IP, down to $1.34/IP · 30 days at 100 IPs. Pay in crypto, no KYC.

What else do buyers ask about ISP proxies?

Which ISP proxy provider charges least per IP at 100 IPs?

Among the other providers checked on 19 October 2026, Webshare ($178.50) and FloppyData ($179.00) list the smallest 100-IP totals, about $1.79 per IP per month. Neither sells fewer than 20 dedicated IPs, and Webshare takes no crypto. SteadyProxy lists $133.88 for 100 IPs for 30 days. We do not claim to be the cheapest at any volume.

Can I buy a single ISP proxy?

Yes, from a few providers. SteadyProxy sells one IP for $2.24 for 30 days. MarsProxies sells one for $2.99, ProxyEmpire for $3.50 and GhostConnect for $5.00. IPRoyal shows a starting price of $2.70 per proxy. Decodo starts at 3 IPs, Oxylabs and Rayobyte at 5, Bright Data at 10, Webshare and FloppyData at 20.

Are ISP proxies residential IPs?

They are registered as residential, but they are not hosted in homes. The IP belongs to a consumer internet provider, so registry lookups show a broadband ISP. The server runs in a datacenter. This combines datacenter hosting with an ISP registration. Most static residential products on the market work this way.

Are ISP proxies billed per GB?

Usually not. Most providers bill per IP and apply a fair-use limit. Bright Data lists 100 GB per IP per month and may charge extra above it. ProxyEmpire has a 100 GB per IP soft cap. Webshare includes 250 GB. At SteadyProxy, IPs are billed per IP and per 30 days, not per GB; fair use applies.

Will I keep the same ISP IP when I renew?

It depends on the provider. Decodo documents that renewal keeps the same IPs when locations are unchanged. Rayobyte and Webshare keep IPs while the subscription stays active. At SteadyProxy, renewal is manual from your balance, before the end date. Keeping the same IP after the end date is not guaranteed, so renew on time.

Is this ranking based on speed tests?

No. We compared public prices, terms, allocation, crypto and KYC wording from official pages, checked on 19 October 2026. We did not buy proxies or measure speed, uptime or success rates. A provider's own speed figures are marketing claims. Test your allowed workflow on a small order before you scale up.

Why is SteadyProxy listed first?

We publish this page, so our service comes first and is marked as ours. The other ten providers follow one stated rule: their dedicated price per IP at 10 IPs. Providers without a 10-IP price come last. Every price carries its check date, and the sources list links each official page.
