Terms of service

Quick answer

What terms apply to a SteadyProxy rental?

These terms govern your use of SteadyProxy, a service of ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). You rent static IPs per IP for 30 days, paid from a crypto balance, with no KYC. By opening an account or renting an IP you accept these terms, the acceptable use policy, the privacy policy and the refund policy. Last updated 19 October 2026.

1. Who provides the service?

SteadyProxy is operated by ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA) ("we", "us"). The team has been in the proxy business since 2019. Support: [email protected]. Abuse reports: [email protected].

2. Who may use the service?

You must be an adult able to enter a contract, and you use the service for lawful business or personal purposes. We may refuse or suspend service in case of abuse, fraud or a legal obligation. The service is not available in countries and regions under comprehensive sanctions, and you may not use it from those places or on behalf of people located there.

3. What do you rent?

You rent static IPv4 addresses, per IP, for 30 days from delivery: ISP (static residential) IPs or dedicated datacenter IPs, as described on the pricing page at the time of the order.

  • Each static IP is rented to one customer for the whole 30-day period; reselling or sharing access with third parties is not allowed.
  • ISP (static residential) IPs are registered to consumer internet service providers but run on servers in datacenters, not on home devices.
  • Protocols: HTTP, HTTPS (CONNECT) and SOCKS5. Authentication: Username and password, or an IP allowlist (up to 10 IPs).
  • Availability varies by country; the checkout shows what is online. A city can be chosen only when the checkout lists it; otherwise the IP is allocated in the country you pick. A specific ISP or ASN can be ordered only when the checkout lists it; check the registered network of each IP after delivery.
  • Several IPs in one order can share the same /24 subnet; subnet diversity is not guaranteed.

An IP gives you a network address, not a right to use any website. We do not promise that a given website accepts the IP, that every geolocation database places it in the same city, or any speed or success rate.

4. Account, balance and payment

  • Account-number login; email is optional. Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered.
  • No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy.
  • You pay by topping up a balance in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC). Starting from a plan, the top-up is its exact price, or $25 for a smaller plan. Send the exact amount shown, on the network shown, then click I've sent the payment. The payment is matched by its exact amount and credited once confirmed. A payment sent on the wrong network or for a different amount may not be recoverable.
  • Unused balance stays on your account and never expires. When a purchase costs less than the minimum top-up, the part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request to support within 30 days of the payment, in USDT or USDC, as long as it has not been spent. The rest of the balance is not paid back, except where the law requires it.
  • Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices for future orders and renewals; a rental already paid keeps its price until its end date.

5. Delivery, renewal and replacement

  • Delivery. Your IP list (host, port, username, password, country, end date) appears in your dashboard once the IPs are allocated. The 30-day period starts at delivery and ends on the end date shown in your IP list.
  • Renewal. Renewal is manual, from your balance, before the end date. Keeping the same IP after the end date is not guaranteed, so renew on time and check your IP list after renewing. A rental that is not renewed ends on its end date, and the IP returns to stock.
  • Replacement. If an IP does not work, write to support: we repair it or replace it with another IP in the same country when stock allows. A replacement IP keeps the end date of the IP it replaces.

6. Refunds

Static IPs: within 24 hours of delivery, an IP that does not work and that we cannot fix or replace is credited back to your balance in full. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. Credits go to your balance. The refund policy gives examples and explains how to ask.

7. Fair use and rules of use

Billed per IP and per 30 days, not per GB; fair use applies: use that harms the network or other customers may be slowed or paused. You follow the acceptable use policy, the law that applies to you and to the sites you reach, and those sites' terms. Banking, government, payment-portal and ticketing sites, plus SMTP (email-sending) ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked. You keep your account number and IP credentials private and are responsible for all traffic sent through your IPs. You may not resell access to the service or share your IPs with third parties.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend an IP or close an account when we have reasonable grounds to believe it breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, when a legal obligation requires it, or when it puts the network or other customers at risk. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. When an account is terminated for abuse, its balance is not refunded and its rentals end without credit. Where possible we tell you why, by email if you gave one. You may stop using the service at any time; an unused balance then follows the balance rule in section 4.

9. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is and as available. IPs belong to upstream networks we do not control, and they can slow down, be refused by a target or go offline. We do not promise uninterrupted service, a given country, city, ISP or ASN in stock, or that the service suits a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is legal advice: you decide whether your use is lawful where you are.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that caused it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost accounts. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law, disputes and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by any consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot be set aside. We may update these terms. The date at the top then changes, the change is listed in the changelog, and material changes apply to orders made after the update. Questions: [email protected].
