They measure public prices and purchase rules, not speed or success rates. Every page uses the same criteria: price per IP at 1, 10, 50 and 100 IPs, billing term and dedicated or shared IPs. Crypto payment and KYC wording complete the list. We read official pricing pages on 19 October 2026, bought nothing and tested no proxy. Each table shows its check date.
Yes, in almost every catalogue. Both names mean an IPv4 address registered to a consumer internet provider and hosted on a datacenter server. ISP (static residential) IPs are registered to consumer internet service providers but run on servers in datacenters, not on home devices. The ISP vs residential vs datacenter page explains the three types.
Plans start at different sizes, so the plan price alone misleads. Webshare starts at 20 IPs, Bright Data at 10, Decodo at 3, and SteadyProxy at one. The price per IP puts them on one scale: on 19 October 2026 the median dedicated ISP price was $3.00 per IP at 10 IPs. Also check the term: 30 days, a calendar month or 31 days.
SteadyProxy is a static proxy provider: ISP (static residential) and dedicated datacenter IPs rented per IP for 30 days, paid in crypto with no ID upload. ISP IPs cost $2.24 for one and $133.88 for 100. Datacenter IPs cost $1.34 for one. We do not claim to be the cheapest at any volume. See the full grid on the pricing page.
The current pages use a check of official pricing pages made on 19 October 2026. Five providers that were not re-checked keep their 14 October 2026 date: Proxy-Seller, Proxy-Cheap, Kestrel Proxies, NodeMaven and Infatica. Proxy-Cheap returned HTTP 403 on 19 October. Every table shows the date of its check.
We publish these pages, so our service comes first and is marked as ours. The other providers follow a stated rule on each page, such as the price per IP at 10 or 100 IPs. Competitor facts come with their source and check date, and the sources list links each official page.
No. We did not buy proxies or run speed, uptime or success-rate tests. Provider speed claims are marketing figures, so we leave them out. The comparisons cover what you can check on a public page: price, term, allocation, crypto, KYC, renewal and replacement rules. Test your own allowed workflow on a small order.
