Quick answer

What does SteadyProxy keep about me?

SteadyProxy keeps only what it needs to run your account, credit payments and handle abuse: an account number, an optional email, orders, top-up records and connection metadata kept for up to 30 days. There is no KYC, we do not log the content of your requests, and we do not sell personal data. The controller is ProxyGoat LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (USA). What logs do we keep?

We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. To handle abuse reports and billing disputes, we keep connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes) for up to 30 days, then delete it. We keep your account number, orders and top-up records while your account is open, and afterwards only as long as accounting rules require. We disclose records to authorities only when the law requires it. Our upstream network provider may keep its own logs under its own policy.

Which records do we keep, and for how long?

Account numberYour loginWhile the account is open
Email address (optional)Account recovery and notices, only if you add oneWhile the account is open, or until you remove it

Top-up records (coin, network, amount, transaction ID, date)Crediting payments, accounting, disputesWhile the account is open, then as long as accounting rules require
Connection metadata (time, account, exit IP, target hostname, bytes)Abuse reports and billing disputesUp to 30 days, then deleted
Support emailsAnswering youAs long as needed to answer, then deleted unless a dispute requires them

What do we not collect?

No KYC: no ID, no selfie, no documents to sign up, top up or buy. We do not ask for your name, phone number, postal address or date of birth. We do not log the content of your requests, full URLs or page data. Email is optional: Account-number login; email is optional. If you include personal details in a support email, we keep them only as long as needed to answer.

What about payment data?

You pay in crypto (BTC, USDT, USDC, ETH, SOL, LTC), so we never receive card or bank details. A blockchain is public: anyone can see a transaction, its amount and the addresses involved. We record which transaction credited which account, and we do not publish that link. If you pay from an exchange account, the exchange holds its own records about you under its own policy.

Who else can see data?

  • Our upstream network provider carries your traffic and may keep its own logs under its own policy.
  • Hosting and email providers that run our infrastructure process data for us under contract.
  • Public blockchains show your payment transactions to anyone, by design.
  • Authorities: we disclose records only when the law requires it, and only the records we hold.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

Which cookies do we use?

Only the cookies the service needs. One session cookie keeps you signed in to the client area and ends when you sign out or the session expires. The public website sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

What are your rights?

You can ask for a copy of the personal data linked to your account, its correction or its deletion, and you can object to its use. Write to [email protected] from the email on the account, or from the client area. Never send your account number or the password of an IP by email. We answer within the time limit set by the law that applies to you. Records we must keep for accounting or a pending dispute are kept until that duty ends. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We process account, order and payment records to perform our contract with you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). We keep accounting records to meet legal obligations (art. 6(1)(c)). We keep connection metadata for up to 30 days for our legitimate interest in handling abuse reports and billing disputes (art. 6(1)(f)).

Security, age and changes

Stored records are protected by reasonable technical and organisational measures. Your account number is your login, so keep it in a password manager. We never ask for your account number by email or chat. The service is for adults (18+). We may update this policy; the date at the top then changes, and significant changes are listed in the changelog. See also the terms of service and the acceptable use policy.
