## What should I include for a fast answer?

- Write from the email on your account, if you added one, or use the client area. This lets us find your account without your account number.
- The IP address concerned, and its country.
- The time of the problem with its time zone.
- The exact error or HTTP status, and the tool you use (curl, Python, a browser).
- For a payment: the coin, the network, the amount and the transaction ID.

Never include your account number or the password of an IP. If you think a password has leaked, say so in your message.

## How do I report abuse?

Send the IP address, the exact date and time with the time zone, the target hostname and a short description to abuse@steadyproxy.com. Server logs of the requests help more than screenshots. Abuse reports are reviewed by a person, and confirmed abuse leads to suspension. Connection metadata is kept for up to 30 days, so report within that window. ## What if I lost my account number?

Your account number is your login: save it somewhere safe. Add an email (optional) if you want a way to recover it. Without an email, a lost account number cannot be recovered. If you added an email, write from it and we will help you get back in.
