## What changed on 19 October 2026?

- **Night design.** The site now uses a dark colour scheme.
- **Prices re-checked.** Every tier was compared with the public prices of other providers on 19 October 2026. Each tier is priced 25% under the lowest public price we found for the same quantity, and the price per IP never rises with quantity. ISP IPs now cost $2.24 for one IP and $133.88 for 100; datacenter IPs cost $1.34 for one and $59.25 for 100. The [price index](https://steadyproxy.com/data/static-proxy-price-index-2026/) gives the sources.
- **City pages.** 18 city pages were added, from London to Jeddah, under the [country pages](https://steadyproxy.com/static-residential-proxies/).
- **Refund rule for static IPs.** Static IPs: within 24 hours of delivery, an IP that does not work and that we cannot fix or replace is credited back to your balance in full. An order we cannot deliver within 24 hours is credited back in full. Top-ups are not paid back, except where the law requires it; the part added only to reach the minimum top-up is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent. See the [refund policy](https://steadyproxy.com/refunds/).
- **Option C balance rule.** Starting from a plan, the top-up is its exact price, or $25 for a smaller plan. The part added only to reach the minimum is refundable on request within 30 days, in USDT or USDC, if unspent.
- **Policies.** The [terms](https://steadyproxy.com/terms/), [privacy policy](https://steadyproxy.com/privacy/) and [acceptable use policy](https://steadyproxy.com/acceptable-use/) were rewritten to match these rules.

## What was defined on 14 October 2026?

The catalogue of ISP and datacenter rentals was defined: ISP (static residential) IPs and dedicated datacenter IPs, rented per IP for 30 days, paid from a crypto balance with no KYC. The same day, the account rules were set: account-number login, optional email, and the connection metadata kept for up to 30 days.

## What does each entry record?

Each entry records a change that affects customers: a price, a product, a country or city page, a policy, or an incident listed on the [status page](https://steadyproxy.com/status/). It gives the date the change took effect. A price change names the plans it affects. Spelling fixes and small wording edits are not listed.
